Harvey Hudes, Caliber’s passionate founder and CEO sat down with Caliber’s President Grace Keith Rodriguez to talk about the company’s journey to become one of the fintech industry’s most renowned agencies, the continued growth and evolution of the team, and his vision for the next 13 years.

Grace: Caliber is celebrating its 13th anniversary this year. When you started the company in 2010, did you ever imagine it would evolve into what it is today?   

Harvey: Actually yes – I always had the vision and belief that we could create a great place to work, while being a valuable partner to our clients (and the two go hand-in-hand!).

How has the company changed since its early days? 

Harvey: We are a bigger version (people and revenue-wise), but are still scrappy and hungry. We have worked hard to maintain the things that matter – such as making sure clients and our team know we care deeply, which is at the core of Caliber.

When you think back over the last 13 years, what are you most proud of? 

Harvey: Our culture and the many amazing connections we’ve made with great people – both clients and wonderful people at Caliber.

What’s one thing you wish you could go back and tell the 2010 version of yourself? 

Harvey: Move quicker and trust your instincts!

It’s fun to reflect on our accomplishments and the journey but, looking ahead, what’s next for Caliber? What do you hope the next 5 or 13 years look like? 

Harvey: A bigger and badder version of what we currently are – continuing to add talented, amazing people to the Caliber team, and be the leading firm in fintech and financial services.
