As a testament to the very intentional culture that Caliber has cultivated, Caliber was recently honored by Ragan’s 2024 Workplace Wellness Awards as a Top Place to Work for Employee Wellbeing. 

Ragan’s Workplace Wellness Awards are the benchmark of excellence for high-performing organizations that take employee wellbeing seriously. The awards program offers organizations around the globe the opportunity to recognize their human resources, wellness and communications initiatives, as well as the hard-working people behind those programs.

Understanding the importance of employee wellbeing in nurturing creativity, innovation and ultimately retention, Caliber places this at the center of everything we do. 

It’s why we carefully curated the values we seek in the workplace — including flexibility, respect, trustworthiness, curiosity, collaboration and the ability to self-start — and why we’ve gone to great lengths to offer wellness initiatives that support these values. Such as:

Delivering a better agency experience for our employees and client partners is important, but so are life moments and milestones with family and friends, and we empower our team with the flexibility to celebrate them.
  • Respect and trust are constantly maintained through our robust leadership and development initiatives. This encompasses handpicked mentorship pairings, strategically chosen people manager training sessions and a committee dedicated to fostering and upholding diversity, equity and inclusion at Caliber.
  • Caliber fosters a culture of curiosity and collaboration through various programs aimed at team learning. We hold monthly internal sessions where team members share their expertise, and external sessions featuring industry experts on PR, wellness, and more. Additionally, our Caliber College of Public Relations provides ongoing learning opportunities for all career stages. We also offer a Graduate Associate Program to support early-career development.
  • Helping our team nurture their self-starting qualities, Caliber offers competitive medical, dental and vision insurance options, including a medical plan option fully paid for by the company. Additionally, we provide an annual work from home stipend so team members can refresh their workspaces, and monthly wellness dollars for gym memberships, meal delivery and other wellness activities.
  • As a remote-first company, we recognize the importance of connecting in person. To strengthen our bonds, we make it a priority to meet annually as a full team. This began with last year’s first post-pandemic company offsite in Brooklyn, where we rolled out the red carpet for a celebration of our team’s dedication to our values with a special agency award ceremony.
