As Director of Business Development at Caliber, Lauryn is responsible for driving new business opportunities, strengthening the agency's pipeline and contributing to its continued growth.
With more than 15 years of communications experience — including agency, journalism and production roles — Lauryn is passionate about storytelling and the impact of strategic communications. Her journalism background fuels her curiosity, helping her connect with people, learn about companies and their founders’ journeys, and identify how Caliber can help them achieve their business objectives.
Lauryn joined Caliber in 2026 after spending 11 years at a national PR and marketing agency, where she began by leading client PR initiatives before transitioning to business development. She helped drive agency growth by building relationships and connecting prospective clients with the right communications strategies.
Before entering the agency world, Lauryn worked as a reporter and producer in her hometown of Indianapolis, where she spent four years covering businesses and entrepreneurs for a statewide business media outlet, freelanced for the city’s CBS and FOX television affiliates, and produced content for organizations including the Indiana Pacers and Indianapolis’ minor league baseball and hockey teams.
Lauryn earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Indiana University Bloomington.
She was a finalist for the Indy’s Best and Brightest awards in 2024 and has held volunteer leadership roles on several local organizing committees.
