As chief operating officer (COO), Kristie Galvani oversees Caliber’s strategic, organizational and administrative operations, including recruitment, staffing and learning and development.

As chief operating officer (COO), Kristie Galvani oversees Caliber’s strategic, organizational and administrative operations, including recruitment, staffing and learning and development. 

Kristie also provides clients and account teams with strategic counsel and direction to ensure we are delivering the best results and meeting our goals. She devotes particular attention to career development. She launched our Path to Promotion program and helps oversee learning and development including Caliber’s College of Public Relations (CCPR), which provides team members with practical guidance on how to execute various public relations responsibilities and insights on how to think more broadly about client relationships and provide value. 

Kristie has more than 20 years of experience in corporate communications, client relations, brand messaging and media relations. She served as a managing director at Caliber for more than two years before being appointed COO.

Prior to joining Caliber, Kristie was the executive vice president at Rubenstein Public Relations, where she helped to oversee the team and worked closely with the CEO on firm growth. In addition, she oversaw the Corporate Communications group and worked on clients in the financial services, technology, professional services and fintech industries. Previously, Kristie was the executive vice president of HJMT, a boutique public relations agency, where she was responsible for several of the firm’s top clients and for the daily operations of the company.

Kristie has a bachelor’s degree in communications from York College of Pennsylvania.

An accomplished leader in the industry, Kristie has been recognized as a Distinguished Recent Graduate Award Winner by her alma mater and a “40 under 40” by Long Island Business News. She also was honored for her mentorship in the 2022 Top Women Awards presented by PRNEWS.
