Associate Director
Erika Santoro is an associate director at Caliber, where she leads client accounts and drives media relations strategies for companies and executives across financial services and fintech.
Prior to joining Caliber, Erika spent three years as an account supervisor at Zito Partners, advising clients across financial services, fintech and asset management. There, she developed media strategies, built relationships with reporters and producers, and secured coverage in leading business and financial news outlets.
Before transitioning to public relations, Erika spent more than a decade in financial journalism and digital media, working with CNBC, Fortune, TheStreet and Yahoo Finance. Her experience includes producing live and original video programming, covering breaking business news, interviewing senior executives, and developing sponsored content.
Drawing on her experience in journalism and public relations, Erika brings a strong understanding of the financial news cycle and what makes a story newsworthy. She works with clients to identify media opportunities, position executives as industry voices, and communicate complex business topics clearly and effectively.
Erika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting from Montclair State University.
