Erica Grazioso is a director at Caliber, where she helps clients develop strategic PR and communications programs that elevate brand visibility, engage key stakeholders, and drive meaningful business results.
With more than 11 years of experience, Erica specializes in integrated communications strategies spanning public relations, crisis and issues management, and change initiatives. She is known for building high-impact programs that cut through crowded markets.
Prior to joining Caliber, Erica served as senior corporate communications manager at insightsoftware, where she led the company’s global PR and internal communications programs. Before that, she built and led the communications function at Visual Lease, partnering with Caliber as the company’s agency to maintain a leading share of voice among key competitors throughout her tenure.
Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Monmouth University.
