With a background in public relations and social media, Chania has experience across sectors such as consumer electronics and K-12 education. Most recently, she interned at the Stow-Munroe Falls School District.

Chania earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Kent State University, where she served as DEI co-chair and later President of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA). She was also recognized nationally as a PRSSA Gold Key Award recipient, the organization’s highest individual honor, for her leadership and contributions to the profession.
