Prior to joining Caliber, Caitlinn provided strategic counsel, public relations and investor relations support to a wide variety of companies facing high-profile special situations, including hostile and friendly M&A transactions, shareholder activism, restructurings, spin-offs, SPACs, litigation, and other corporate crises at Joele Frank, Wilkinson Brimmer Katcher. At Joele Frank, Caitlinn served as a senior account executive, advising on customer communications strategy through a deep understanding of client pain points and internal and external crisis events.

Caitlinn graduated on the dean’s list and received a B.A. in Public Relations with a minor in Business from Quinnipiac University, where she also played Division I Women’s Lacrosse.
