Working at Caliber

Caliber has been named to Ragan’s 2026 Top Places to Work in Communications, a recognition that honors organizations excelling in culture, learning and career development. The honorees were celebrated at a luncheon in New York City on April 28.

Learning Is the Job

In communications, standing still isn’t an option. The media landscape shifts, the industries we serve evolve and the skills that made someone effective last year may not be enough for what’s next. That reality shapes how Caliber is built.

The recognition specifically highlights Caliber College of Public Relations (CCPR), our in-house, four-level, 55-session learning program built around real client work. More than 95% of staff have participated, with colleagues serving as professors who design hands-on curricula, run live tutorials, and lead case studies and role play.

Topics include writing pitches, building media lists, client strategy, relationship management, measurement, media training and digital amplification. Each cohort closes with a formal convocation and graduation, which managers use to anchor career progression conversations with clear next steps and timelines.

Additionally, Caliber’s learning culture extends beyond CCPR to agency-wide workshops, guest speakers, LinkedIn Learning and formal mentorship programs, and leadership ensures staff have the time, resources and opportunities to take full advantage.

A Strong Start to 2026

This recognition is one of many we’re proud to have earned so far in 2026.

The year opened with Caliber being recognized by Chambers & Partners in its US FinTech PR & Communications research, an independent, research-driven benchmark based on in-depth client and peer interviews. Caliber also ranked #66 on O’Dwyer’s 2026 overall PR firm rankings and was named to Qwoted’s 2026 Agency Awards list, which recognizes top-performing PR teams based on responsiveness, quality media interactions and pitch success.

More recently, Caliber took home two Gold Stevie® Awards in the 24th Annual American Business Awards® for Achievement in Financial Services & Investor Relations and Communications Professional of the Year, and was named to the Financial Times‘ The Americas’ Fastest-Growing Companies list for the third consecutive year, reflecting 75.6% revenue growth from 2021 to 2024. The agency was also shortlisted for the PropertyCasualty360 Insurance Luminaries Award for Excellence in Marketing and PR.

Great work comes from great people. That’s what these recognitions, taken together, reflect.
