After 13 years at the helm of Caliber, Harvey Hudes has appointed Grace Keith Rodriguez as the firm’s new CEO. Harvey will become the firm’s first-ever CIO.

As CEO, Grace will direct the strategic vision of Caliber, and focus on enhancing our client and employee experience, including the development of the firm across service offerings. Grace joined Caliber in 2014, serving as its first-ever president for the past five years. As president, Grace led the firm’s people efforts – including learning and development, and launched our award-winning Caliber College of Public Relations (CCPR) program.

As CIO, Harvey will focus on strengthening Caliber’s value and experience, for both client partners and employees, exploring opportunities to invest in, build, and partner with new technology, offer additional services, further enhance Caliber’s best-in-class reporting, and more.
