Recognized for her achievements in media strategy and operational leadership, Maddie stood out among thousands of entries from across the country. More than 250 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.

Since joining Caliber in 2022, Maddie has made a measurable impact across her teams and client work. Some highlights include:

• Rolling out the reporting tool Releasd across the agency, transforming how we report on results and demonstrate ROI
• Developing and implementing our client onboarding process, helping new clients ramp quickly and setting the stage for successful engagements
• Mentoring team members and contributing to internal committees shaping agency operations
• Leading a 137% increase in earned media for a major client account
• Helping secure new contracts for two of the agency’s largest retainer clients
