Will Barthel is Caliber’s Director of Business Development where his primary role is to seek out and develop meaningful relationships with potential clients with the goal of earning the client’s trust and their business.
Will brings nearly 20 years of sales experience in marketing communications for B2B technology and services companies. In this time, Will has developed a proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with clients ranging from early stage startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to joining Caliber, Will was the Vice President of Business Development at Walker Sands for over 10 years where he helped build and tune the agency’s new business engine while bringing in and working with new clients from introductory meetings to signing contracts.
Will has a bachelor’s degree in Radio/Television Marketing & Management from Southern Illinois University.
