Managing Director

Kelly Reilly is a managing director at Caliber, where she leads and develops client relationships in the fintech and financial services industries. An accomplished financial journalist-turned-communications executive, Kelly has extensive experience overseeing critical corporate reputational matters and relationships with top-tier media outlets.

Kelly’s expertise spans more than 20 years helping companies, public relations agencies, and news organizations set their vision and strategy to achieve business priorities. She is adept at providing sound strategic communications counsel to stakeholder constituencies including C-Suite executives, clients, regulators, and investors. Throughout her career Kelly has produced high-level media relations including regular international and national broadcast TV, secured and influenced positive news stories, managed sensitive issues and crises, and developed executive thought leadership.

Prior to joining Caliber, she led financial technology industry communications for $13.4 billion fintech unicorn Plaid and Wells Fargo’s public affairs programs for Corporate and Investment Banking’s Commercial Real Estate business and Wells Fargo Investment Institute, the bank’s global investment strategy arm serving clients with $1.9 trillion assets under management. Previously, she led top client relationships across technology, defense, healthcare, and agribusiness at boutique PR firms. Kelly started her career as a financial journalist for USA Today and Bloomberg News, where she built and oversaw an editorial team for its Bloomberg Government business. 

Kelly has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Indiana University. She is a past president of the nonprofit Families for Private Adoption.
