Prior to Caliber, she worked at financial communications agency Water and Wall where she represented clients in the B2B and financial services sector. She has also held roles in the investment and wealth management spaces, previously working at Bank of America and TD Ameritrade.

Shazana earned a B.A. in Communications and Media with a minor in Sociology from Manhattanville College, where she was a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.
