Fast Company Recognizes Caliber Among Best Workplaces for Innovators.
Like so many of the businesses we represent, Caliber was born out of a problem. For all the game-changing new fintechs promising to revolutionize the world of finance, few traditional marketing and communications firms truly understood how to tell and amplify their stories in ways that resonated.
Harvey Hudes, our founder, launched Caliber because he recognized the pivotal role an agency partner can play in helping disruptive companies forge meaningful connections with industry leaders, investors and reporters. He envisioned a company with a startup mentality that leveraged technology to provide a better agency experience.
That was 14 years ago, and while a lot has changed, our commitment to delivering innovative PR and marketing solutions for financial services and fintech companies is stronger than ever.
Driving growth through innovation and leadership
Now, we’re thrilled to announce that Caliber has been recognized among Fast Company’s Best Workplaces for Innovators. This honor highlights our ongoing dedication to pushing boundaries, embracing creativity and delivering exceptional results for our clients — values that have driven us since day one.
Now in its sixth year, Fast Company’s Best Workplaces for Innovators honors companies that inspire and nurture innovation at all levels. Caliber’s inclusion reflects our ongoing commitment to adopting innovative strategies and technologies that help clients thrive in a fast-evolving landscape. This commitment empowers us to better serve our clients while fostering a dynamic, collaborative environment where our team can continually push boundaries.
“In an increasingly competitive agency landscape, Caliber remains dedicated to finding new and innovative ways to serve both our clients and team members,” said Grace Keith Rodriguez, CEO of Caliber. “We’re honored to be recognized by Fast Company for our focus on innovation, and we’re deeply grateful to our team and client partners who made this achievement possible.”
Our focus on innovation has driven initiatives that have truly made an impact, such as developing Event Analyzer with The Financial Revolutionist, strategically investing in Qwoted (a platform that helps journalists find expert sources quickly and easily) and embracing new technology to enhance how we research and report.
This commitment was further cemented by a leadership transition earlier this year, with Harvey Hudes stepping into the role of chief innovation officer and Grace Keith Rodriguez becoming CEO to lead our next phase of growth. Together, they continue to push the innovative spirit that sets Caliber apart in the communications space.
“Since our inception, innovation has been at the forefront of everything we do at Caliber,” said Hudes. “Our goal has always been to imagine an enhanced agency experience. We continue to evolve by investing in workplace efficiency, helping our clients make more informed communications and marketing decisions, and deploying enhanced analytics to showcase the impact we make for our clients.”
This recognition adds to a series of accolades Caliber has earned in 2024, including being named one of the Fastest Growing Companies in the Americas by The Financial Times and ranking as an O’Dwyer’s Top Financial PR Firm. Earlier this year, we were also honored with a Ragan’s Workplace Wellness Award for our holistic approach to employee well-being, which, combined with initiatives like our Caliber College of Public Relations, fosters continuous learning, collaboration and support — driving the innovation that fuels our success.
